Union Human Resource Development Minister Kapil Sibal has been chosen for the Stephen P. Duggan Award for Mutual Understanding by New York based Institute of International Education (IIE). Sibal will be honoured by this prestigious US award in recognition of his contribution to global collaboration in education.
