Congratulations for making it for making it to an institution of your choice, that too, with good ranking at the UPTU competition. What more one would ask for? As for the placement with an IT background, Accenture, TCS, Siemens, HCL, Mphasis are a few best organizations to work with. Electronics too has a good scope. But if you feel like switching over to other stream, first make sure you are mentally prepared for the change. One can make it big in any of the stream you have cited provided that he/she has an inclination to do so.
