    The 32-member Scientific Advisory Council (SAC-PM), headed by Prof. CNR Rao, had a meeting with the PM on Friday. And during the meet, the proposal to convene a meeting of the National Development Council with the Prime Minister was made.

According sources in the HRD ministry (MHRD), the notification will be issued soon as it has overcome over the financial hurdles in the way of its implementation.
